November is Military Family Appreciation Month, and today is Veterans' Day! As most of you know, I am part of a military family, I also happen to be a US Army veteran. I enjoyed my time serving as a medic, and meeting new people at each of my duty stations. I'd like to take some time today to thank each and every one of my brothers and sisters in arms - past, present, and future. And a very special THANK YOU to my family and close friends that are serving or have served in the military. There are WAY to many of you to name, but you know who you are! Love you guys. |

So lets talk about it. What is depression? Why is it problematic? And is there anything that can help?
