Due to current Covid-19 precautions, in-person sessions (including massage) are available only to clients who have purchased a Package of services. A Covid-19 pre-screening questionnaire is require to be completed before every in-person appointment.
The free Discovery Call and single consultation appointments are provided via virtual session only. Massage Doula services are available in a combination of virtual and in-person visits.
ALL Bookings require a credit card on file.
Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hour advanced notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Missed appointments (No-Show) will be counted as a used appointment time and charged accordingly against your card on file or purchased package. Exceptions: weather, illness, or childbirth. .
Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be ready on time. I respect your time as well. I will do my utmost to ensure your appointment starts on time and as scheduled. In the event that I am late for, or must cancel, our appointment together, you will not be penalized. If I am late to our appointment, you will be given the opportunity for full appointment time. If I must cancel (due to illness or birth attendance/on-call), you will be provided opportunity to reschedule to the next available "flex day" or next available regular appointment day.
On-call Services are not available for online scheduling and can secured by prepayment. If you have prepaid for service, you will be added to my "after-hours" contact list so that you may call at anytime during your selected window to receive services. **Availability outside of regular appointment days/hours is specifically for clients who are have secured their "due weeks" in advance either for labor massage and/or birth doula attendance.**
Client Forms Please complete any/all provided forms prior to your scheduled appointment. Missing or incomplete forms may result in a same-day cancellation of your appointment, which will be counted as a "missed appointment/no-show".
Refund Policy Deposit or prepayment is required for all services. Refunds will be issued for single sessions if cancelled with at least 24 hour notice. No refunds will be given for Missed Appointments/No-Shows" or cancellations provided with less than 24 hour notice. If available refund policies for purchased packages and programs are outline in the respective agreements.
Upon purchasing your chosen package, you will receive an invitation to activate your "Client Portal". Here, you can manage (book, reschedule, or cancel) any sessions that are available to you, as well as gain access to your client portal app for secure messaging regarding your care.
